Civil Citations:

Different Citations, Different Payment Options

If you receive a civil citation while in the City of Panama City Beach (PCB) it’s important to first understand what type of citation (or citations) you have received - as there are different payment methods available for different citations. 

Code Enforcement Citations

If you receive a civil citation from our Code Enforcement Division, it will look like the image to the right.  

Three Available Payment Options

1. By Mail:

Please mail a personal check or money order made out to The City of Panama City Beach to:

2. In Person:

To pay in person, please visit the main lobby at City Hall, 17007 Panama City Beach Parkway, Panama City Beach, FL 32413.  If paying in person, the City accepts cash, personal check, money order, or credit/debit card.

Please note:
 The City CANNOT accept credit/debit charges over the phone.

3. Online:

To make an electronic payment (online) you must request a payment link to be emailed to you. To request a payment link, please call us at (850) 233-5100, ext. 6868; or email us with your payment link request - along with your citation number

Paying on Time – Pays First Timers!

Discount for Certain First-Time Violations

Some first-time violations (such as noise violations, double red flag violations, driving or drinking on the beach, or having an animal on the beach) may qualify for a 50% reduction if paid within 20 days of issuance.

Example: A $500 noise violation may be reduced to $250 if paid within 20 days of the date of issuance.

Uniform Traffic Citations
(Civil Traffic/Non-Criminal, Criminal Traffic Citations)

If you receive a Uniform Traffic Citation (UTC) in Panama City Beach, you must make payment to the Bay County Clerk of Court.  Payment details are on the ticket and on the Bay County Clerk & Comptroller website.
