Honor a Public Servant in Panama City Beach
The City of Panama City Beach proudly introduces the Public Servant Banner Program, offering a unique opportunity to recognize and celebrate the contributions of public servants who live within the city limits of PCB.
From first responders and educators to military personnel and government employees, this program allows residents to honor those who serve our community in meaningful ways.
Banners will be installed on City-owned light poles within the Community Redevelopment Area (CRA), where the banners will remain from June through November 2025 as part of the City's official Banner Program.
Eligibility
The Public Servant Banner Program is open to any public servant who lives, or works, in Panama City Beach. Banners will be processed and approved on a first-come, first-served basis.
How to Apply
Applying is easy! To feature a public servant, applicants must complete a Public Servant Recognition banner application form and submit a digital photo of the public servant. Here are some photo tips!
- The digital photo must be submitted as part of the online application in either PDF or JPG format. A minimum resolution of 300 dpi is required to avoid photo pixelation or distortion. Professional photos are preferred but if submitting a photo taken from a smart phone, please ensure the photo is at least a 5 MB file.
- Photos with a solid background are preferred (as the backgrounds will be removed).
- The photo should frame the employee straight on, from the waist or shoulders up (see examples at the top of this page).
Once the application is completed, a City employee will contact the applicant and confirm that the application has been accepted.
Next, the applicant will need to make payment by the deadline below to ensure that his or her banner order is placed.
Click here to access the online application and submit your information by the application deadline, Monday July 28, 2025 at 4:30 PM.
