About the Bulk Waste Pilot Program
In 2026 the City of Panama City Beach (PCB) is updating its Bulk Waste Program, following the request of the City Council to a twice per year schedule, with specific pickup dates based on your location.
The program provides residents the opportunity to schedule a pick-up service for large or bulky household items that need disposal. There is still no charge for this service, but all residents are required to adhere to the following guidelines and schedule updates.
How It Works
- Place your bulk waste items by the curb by no later than 7:00 am on the scheduled, pick-up date. See the below for information on which dates are scheduled for your area.
- Residents will no longer be required to submit a request via SeeClickFix for bulk waste pickup; however, you may still use the app if preferred. This would be helpful for the City to gauge interest and schedule the appropriate staff. If you choose to submit a SeeClickFix ticket, please note that City staff will close the ticket with a response noting the upcoming scheduled pickup for your area.
Who is eligible to use the service?
- You must be a resident of PCB to receive this service. Click here for a map if you are unsure if you are within the city limits.
- Please note if you are putting in a SeeClickFix request for bulk garbage pickup and it diverts you to a Utility request, it is because the address you entered is outside the City limits.
- This service is not available to commercial contractors, commercial businesses, condos, or apartment complexes.
- Private streets within the City limits are not included.
