File a Police Report Online

This online service allows you to report certain incidents quickly and conveniently without the need for an officer to respond in person. Important: This System is NOT for Emergencies.  If you are experiencing an emergency or need immediate assistance, please dial 911.

Is Online Reporting Right for You?

To ensure this system is appropriate for your situation, please confirm the following:

  1. This is NOT an emergency.
  2. The incident occurred within the Panama City Beach city limits.
  3. There are no known suspects.
    • If you have a suspect, please call the Police Department’s Communications Center at (850) 233-5000 to have an officer respond.
    • This does not apply if you have already left the state.
  4. You are at least 18 years old.
  • If you answered YES to all of the above, you are ready to file your report online.
  • If you answered NO to any question, please contact the Panama City Beach Police Department for assistance at (850) 233-5000).

How It Works

  1. Submit Your Report: Provide detailed information about the incident through the online system.
  2. Review Process: All submitted cases will be reviewed by a member of the Panama City Beach Police Department.
  3. Follow-Up:
    • If further investigation is needed, you may be contacted.
    • Once your report is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your case number.
