Ages and Division Information

  • Lil Kickers: 3-4 years old: Age as of October 25, 2025
  • Division 1: 5-6 years old: Age as of October 25, 2025
  • Division 2: 7-8 years old: Age as of October 25, 2025
  • Division 3: 9-10 years old: Age as of October 25, 2025
  • Division 4: 12-14 years old: Age as of October 25, 2025


Lil Kickers League Information:

CO-ED LEAGUE AGES 3–4

  • Fee: $70
  • Season: Starts September 13  
  • Games: Begin the week of October 4
  • League: Will consist of instructional practices for the first 3 weeks and scrimmage games the last 3 weeks.
  • Siblings: Only 2 siblings will be allowed per team. Birth certificates may be required.
  • Instructional Program: Will be on Saturdays. This program is to introduce 3 & 4 year-old's to the world of soccer.
  • Special Requests: Will not be honored. NO EXCEPTIONS! NO REFUNDS!


Division 1-4 Youth Soccer: 

Division 1: Ages 5 & 6 (as of October 25, 2025
Division 2:  Ages 7 & 8 (as of October 25, 2025)
Division 3: Ages 9 &10 (as of October 25, 2025)
Division 4: Ages 12-14 (as of October 25, 2025)

  • Fee $75 
  • Season: Starts August 25.
  • Practices: Begin the week August 25.
  • Games: Begin the week of September 13
  • Siblings: Siblings must live in the same household or will be drafted individually. Siblings who do not participate in the mandatory evaluations will be drafted individually. Birth certificates may be required.
  • Special Requests: Will not be honored. NO EXCEPTIONS! NO REFUNDS!


Coaches and Referees Needed!

All coaches must fill out an application and pass a background check before being accepted. 

  • Only Head Coaches who have completed and passed a background check will be allowed into the league draft. No exceptions!
  • All approved coaches must wear a Panama City Beach Parks & Recreation issued ID badge at all practices, games, and activities.

FALL YOUTH SOCCER FAQ'S

1. What age groups does Youth Soccer cover?

  • Lil Kickers: Ages 3–4
  • Division 1: Ages 5–6
  • Division 2: Ages 7–8
  • Division 3: Ages 9–10
  • Division 4: Ages 12–14
    Age is determined as of October 25, 2025.

2. When and how do seasons run?

  • Lil Kickers: Season starts September 13, 2025; includes 3 weeks of instructional practices followed by 3 weeks of scrimmage games on Saturdays.
  • Divisions 1–4: Season kicks off on August 25, 2025. Practices begin that same week, and games start during the week of September 13, 2025.

3. How much is the registration fee?

  • Lil Kickers: $70 per child
  • Divisions 1–4: $75 per child

4. Can I request team placement or siblings play together?

  • Special requests (e.g., coach, teammates, schedule) are not accepted, no exceptions.
  • For Lil Kickers, only two siblings per team are allowed; birth certificates may be required
  • For Divisions 1–4, siblings must live in the same household to play together; those not attending evaluations will be drafted individually. Birth certificates may be required.

5. Are refunds available?

  • No refunds are offered under any circumstances. All registration fees are final.

6. How can I become a coach or referee?

  • Coaches: Must submit an application and pass a background check. Only those cleared are eligible for the league draft. Coaches must wear a PCB Parks & Recreation ID badge at all practices and games.
  • Referees: Interested individuals should call (850) 233-5045 or email Erin Conley to inquire.

7. What equipment is required (cleats, shin guards, uniform items)

  • Cleats (No metal cleats) or tennis shoes
  • Shin guards (must be worn under socks during practices and games)
  • Uniforms (Shirt and Shorts provided by PCB Parks & Recreation)

8. Practice formats, times, and locations

  • Lil Kickers: One weekly instructional session on Saturdays at Frank Brown Park.
  • Divisions 1–4:
  • Practices are held once per week (typically Monday–Thursday). Weather Permitting
  • Each practice lasts 1 hour.
  • All practices and games are played at Frank Brown Park Soccer Complex.
  • Exact days/times are determined after team established and are set by the volunteer coach.

9. Ball Size Chart (balls are provided for practice and games)

  • Lil Kickers & Division 1: Size 3
  • Division 2 & Division 3: Size 4
  • Division 4: Size 5
