YOUTH ACTIVITES
Youth Programming Policies
- All participants must meet the age requirement by the first day of the program.
- Participants must be signed in/out by a parent or guardian.
- Other than the parent and me tumbling class, all other programs are drop-off, and classes are closed for the instructor and the participants. Adults are not allowed to attend and/or participate.
- The City of Panama City Beach has the right to cancel a program if registration is low or for unforeseen circumstances. If canceled, the City will notify you as soon as possible and a full refund will be processed. Refunds will take up to 14 business days to process.
- If a program instructor cancels a class, the City will set make-up days/times in its sole discretion. No refunds will be provided to participants who cannot participate in the established make-up days/times.
- All refunds must be requested by the Friday prior to the beginning of the program. A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from any refunds. After this date, refunds will not be granted. Requests for refunds should be made in writing to ParksAndRecreation@pcbfl.gov .

LEGO Club (Will Resume February 2026)
LEGO Club encourages children to learn while having fun! Creativity, problem solving, and teamwork are some of the skills that “playing” with LEGOS can teach children. Join us on Thursdays to free-build and complete LEGO challenges. All LEGOs will be provided. Registration is required. Space is limited.

The eagerly awaited tennis lessons are returning to Frank Brown Park! Join our new coach, Brandon Bachman (Arnold High School Tennis Coach and USFA Safe Play Certified), on the Tennis Courts during the week. You can register either in person or online. *The 6-week home school program counts towards PE credit.*

Youth Basketball Open Gym (Will Resume in 2026 TBA)
Join us for Youth Open Gym, designed for kids ages 8-14! This is a great opportunity to improve your basketball skills while having a blast. Our sessions focus on building basketball IQ, mastering fundamentals, and fostering a love for the game. Participants will engage in drills, skill-building activities, and fun scrimmages, all in a supportive environment. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your game, come out, play hard, and make new friends!

Mommy and Me: Sensory Play
- This 4-week program introduces young children to the wonders of nature through short, engaging stories and hands-on crafts. Each week focuses on a different theme to spark curiosity and creativity.

Adult Activities
Line Dancing
Line dancing is a popular form of dance where participants perform synchronized dance moves in a line formation. It's a social activity where individuals dance in unison, following a choreographed sequence of steps.
This type of dance is often done to country music but can be adapted to various music genres. Line dancing is accessible to people of all ages and skill levels, making it a fun and inclusive activity for everyone.
The beauty of line dancing lies in its simplicity and ability to bring people together through music and movement. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced dancer, line dancing offers a great way to stay active, socialize, and have a good time.

- $5.00 Drop-in Open Play per Session OR $30.00 - 10 Visit punch card, one visit per sessions.
- Punch cards are non-refundable. All punch cards will expire as of September 30, 2025. All unused visits will expire and there will be NO REFUNDS for unused visits. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. A new punch card can be purchased for the set fee of $30.00. Punch cards must be presented upon entry, or the $5.00 drop-in rate will apply. These rules regarding open play rates are non-negotiable. NO EXCEPTIONS!
All participants must sign in and pay at the beginning of session. No exceptions! Participants must provide their own balls and paddles.

Total body conditioning: Boost endurance, power, and agility with dynamic full- body workouts. Water Exercise
Our unique community of aquatic fitness enthusiasts is growing! Experienced instructors keep the variety fun and challenging while daily classes provide opportunities for anyone to join in, even those with the busiest of schedules. To make it even more interesting, several of our instructors have extensive backgrounds in specialty areas like yoga, aquatic therapy, swim instruction, triathlons, and others. Participants must be at least 14 years of age or accompanied by an adult. All skill levels are encouraged to participate.

Senior Total Body Workout (Will begin January 5th, 2026)
This class will help build and maintain functional movement through strength and flexibility exercises using light hand weights, resistance bands, and your own body weight. Must be able to sit and stand from a chair, as well as maintain standing for short periods. Equipment is provided, so wear comfortable stretchy clothing and gym shoes and bring a water bottle to class.
