Beachside Fire Permits: Your Guide to Safe and Fun Beachside Fires

Panama City Beach is proud to offer a unique coastal experience with beachside fires on the “World’s Most Beautiful Beaches.” To ensure the safety of our community and the preservation of our environment, bonfires are only permitted through city-approved vendors.

Bonfire Regulations
• Permitted Vendors Only: Only vendors approved by the City of Panama City Beach are authorized to conduct bonfire on the beach. Unauthorized bonfires are strictly prohibited.
• Safety First: Vendors follow strict safety protocols, including fire containment, safe extinguishment practices, and adhere to local fire codes.
• Environmental Protection: Approved vendors ensure that bonfires do not harm marine life, wildlife habitats, or the surrounding beach environment.

Why Use Approved Vendors?
• Professional Set-up: Approved vendors handle the entire process from permits to cleanup, allowing you to relax and enjoy the experience.
• Compliance with Local Laws: Unauthorized bonfires can result in fines or penalties. Vendors ensure all fires are conducted legally.
