UPCOMING PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER NOTICE FOR TUESDAY, FEB. 17: Due to an upcoming repair on a water line, there will be temporary loss of pressure on 2/17/26 at approximately 8 a.m. at the following locations: 601-693 Malaga Place & 19816 PCB Pkwy. Water service is expected to be restored by noon that day. A precautionary boil water notice will be in effect starting 2/17/26 at 8 a.m. and will remain until the water line repair is completed and a satisfactory bacteriological survey shows the water is safe to drink.

For all precautionary boil water notices, residents are advised to boil water for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, or washing dishes, until a bacteriological survey shows that the water is safe to drink. 2/13/26 - The Precautionary Boil Water Notices that were issued on 2/11/26 for 2419-2515 Thomas Dr, all of Magnolia Beach Rd including Annett Ave, Catherine St, Susan Ave, West St, Albert Ave, Bruce Ave, Celia Ave, Broward St and Ct, Dade Ave, everything north of Delwood Beach Rd to Delwood Ln, and all of the Lyndell Plantation subdivision have been RESCINDED.

Segment 3 Fact Sheet 03.26.2025

Construction started on Segment 3 of the Front Beach Road CRA (Community Redevelopment Area) in early 2021. Segment 3 runs from the intersection of State Road 79 (Arnold Road) and Panama City Beach Parkway and includes Front Beach Road east to Lullwater Drive. This project includes the construction of a roundabout in the area shown above in what used to be called the Y at the Arnold/Front Beach Road intersection.

This 1.2-mile project includes new traffic lanes, turning lanes, a roundabout at 79 and Front Beach where the Y currently exists, landscaped medians, transit/bicycle lanes, sidewalks, lighting, signalization, landscaping, utility undergrounding, stormwater retention, signage and pavement markings.

The low bidder on the project was GAC Contractors, at approximately $28 million. C.W. Roberts took over the project not long after it began. Several change orders and inclement weather has extended the original 18-month contract.
