The Panama City Beach Administration Office is located inside City Hall, 17007 Panama City Beach Parkway, Panama City Beach. Within the City Hall are offices for the Mayor, City Manager, Assistant City Manager, City Clerk, Director of Human Resources/Risk Management, Director of IT & Facilities, Communications Manager, and City Receptionist.

The PCB City Council Chambers are located in City Hall and are used for City Council, Planning Board, Parks and Recreation Board, Civil Service and other meetings. City Hall hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
