The City of Panama City Beach operates three public parking lots, all of which offer convenient, digital payment options.

Parking Lot Locations

The City’s parking lots all are near the beach:

📍 600 Henley Drive (at Churchwell & Front Beach Road)
📍 11209 Front Beach Road (at Richard Jackson Boulevard)

How to Pay to Park

Pay for parking by using the Passport Parking mobile app—a fast and convenient way to pay without worrying about feeding meters.  Here's how easy it is to use our paid parking mobile app!

✅ Download the free Passport Parking mobile app from the App Store or Google Play
✅ Create an account and add your preferred payment method
✅ Enter the parking zone number (displayed on signs in each lot)
✅ Enter your vehicle license plate number
✅ Start your session and enjoy the beach!
✅ Extend your parking time remotely if needed!

Parking Rates:

• $2 per hour (up to 6 hours)
• $12 per day (24 hours)
• $84 per week

Overnight Parking Rules

• Parking is allowed overnight in City-operated lots
• Vehicles may not be used for sleeping or camping
• No trailers, RVs, or oversized vehicles

Fines

To pay a parking fine please access the City's online parking citation payment system.
