The City of Panama City Beach utilizes a branded mobile and online service application called My PCB, powered by SeeClickFix and developed by CivicPlus, to streamline service requests and enhance communication with residents and visitors. This tool enables users to report non-emergency issues and access relevant city information conveniently via desktop, laptop, mobile phone, or tablet.

Please note that My PCB is a public platform. Descriptions and details submitted in a request may be visible to the public. If you do not wish your name to be displayed, you have the option to submit anonymously. While your display name may appear, your email address will never be publicly visible.

Pursuant to Florida’s Public Records Law (Chapter 119, Florida Statutes), any information you submit through My PCB may be subject to public disclosure. Florida law requires that all municipal records, including electronic communications and data provided through this app, be made available for inspection upon request, unless specifically exempt or confidential under state or federal law.

By using this application, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Submitted content may become part of the public record.
  • The City may retain communications for administrative, legal, and compliance purposes.
  • Personally identifiable information (PII) that is not exempt under Florida law may be disclosed in response to a public records request.
