NOTICE OF INTENT

The City of Panama City Beach intends to issue approval of the following site plan for which application was made.
Name of applicant: Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare
Location of property for which approval is sought: 16851 Philip Griffits Sr. Pkwy, (32720-000-000)

Nature of approval sought by the applicant: Development Order
The application has been reviewed and will be approved five (5) days from the date of the publication of this notice. An adversely affected person may file a written request for a hearing with the Building and Planning Department prior to approval within five (5) days. The written request for a hearing shall identify the specific sections of the Comprehensive Plan and/or the LDC that the application violates and describe how such sections are not met. Upon receipt of the written request for a hearing, the Building and Planning Department will schedule a quasi-judicial hearing on the application before the Planning Board.
