PUBLIC NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETINGS

 

The following Regular Meetings of the Panama City Beach City Council will be held at the City Hall, 17007 Panama City Beach Parkway, Panama City Beach, Florida 32413.  The subject matter for these meetings will include the adoption of various ordinances and resolutions, and any other business which may properly come before the Council.  The purposes of the meetings are to receive public comment on proposed actions by the City Council, as well as consider its Consent and Action Agenda and other Public Hearings. Action on items involving the CRA will be taken both by the City Council and the City of Panama City Beach Community Redevelopment Agency, jointly and concurrently. Notice is hereby provided that one or more members of the other City Boards mat attend and speak at these meetings. Copies of the Agenda may be obtained by contacting Mary Jan Bossert, (850) 233-5100.

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Council with respect to any matter considered, such person will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be made. 

Any person requiring a special accommodation at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the City Clerk at City Hall, 17007 Panama City Beach Parkway, Panama City Beach, Florida 32413 or by phone at (850) 233-5100 at least five (5) calendar days prior to the meeting.  If you are hearing or speech impaired, and you possess TDD equipment, you may contact the City Clerk using the Florida Dual Party Relay system which can be reached at (800) 955-8770 (Voice) or (800) 955-8771 (TDD).

            ALL INTERESTED PERSONS desiring to be heard on the adoption of the ordinances and resolutions are invited to be present at the meeting.
