ADDENDUM NO. 2-SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT FY17-18

Attached is Addendum No. 2 for the Sewer Rehabilitation FY17-18 project.  Please acknowledge and sign the Addendum and include in the Bid package. 

Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. Central Time, August 15, 2017 at City of Panama City Beach City Hall, 110 South Arnold Road, Panama City Beach, Florida and will be opened and read publicly immediately thereafter. All Bids shall be submitted in an envelope clearly marked “Sealed Bid – Panama City Beach – Sewer Rehabilitation Project - FY 17/18.”  A Bid Bond in the amount of $_25,000__ shall accompany the Bid.  The City of Panama City Beach (“City”) reserves the right to reject any and all Bids.  The City also reserves the right to reject contractors who in the City’s opinion are not qualified to perform the work based on the pre-qualification package.  All Bids shall be firm (including all labor and material prices) for a period of 30 days after opening.
