ADDENDUM NO 1 STREET RESURFACING PROJECT

Attached is Addendum No. 1 for the project. Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum with their signature and attach signed Addendum to the Bid.

Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. Central Time, July 17, 2017 at City of Panama City Beach City Hall, 110 South Arnold Road Panama City Beach, Florida, 32413 and will be opened and read publicly immediately thereafter. All Bids shall be submitted in an envelope clearly marked “Sealed Bid – Panama City Beach – “STREET RESURFACING PROJECT – FY 2017”. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount of the Bid shall accompany the Bid. The City of Panama City Beach (“City”) reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. All Bids shall be firm (including all labor and material prices) for a period of 30 days after opening.
