Bid Notice for Vinyl Fencing for Police Department’s Impound Yard

The City of Panama City Beach hereby solicits sealed bids for the following equipment:

Vinyl privacy fencing for the perimeter of the Panama City Beach Police Department’s impound lot (approximately 814 feet at a minimum). The vinyl privacy fencing will need to be installed with the knowledge that the current chain link fence and barbed wire topping will remain in place. Please provide color samples along with the bid. The bid price for the fencing must comply with the following listed specifications:

Six (6) feet in height with six (6) feet runs
9 feet posts (minimum of 160 pounds of concrete on each post)
Aluminum rail installed in every bottom rail of fencing
Category 3 hurricane wind resistant
Minimum of a thirty (30) year material warranty
Minimum of a five (5) year installation warranty
Any and all installation hardware AND labor needs must be included with the bid price.

Bids must be sealed and will be received until 12:00 p.m. (noon) Central Time, February 1, 2017 at the City of Panama Beach Police Department, Attn: Captain Wayne Maddox, 17115 Panama City Beach Parkway, Panama City Beach, Florida, 32413, and will be opened and read publicly immediately thereafter.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any formality in bids received. All bidders shall comply with all applicable State and local laws concerning licensing, registration, and regulations of businesses in the State of Florida.
